Athough we left the marina on July 9, In our minds we were only on vacation. We met Steve and Loretta, my brother and his wife, in Port Rawson Bay. We stayed for 2 days. Went to Parry Sound stayed 2 days to do some repairs. Cleaned the burner and flue on the fridge. Works better than ever. Also replaced one cranking battery. Steve replaced one alternator and both cranking batteries. After that we spent a few days in Regatta Bay, Franklin Island. Then back to Parry Sound in the rain. Saturday July 18 we went to Spider Bay. On Monday Peter, another brother, and Maryka his wife arrived. On Wednesday Pete, LaCabana, and Manana headed to Kilbear Marina - high winds. Steve, La Vida Loca headed back to Penetang. On Thursday we went back to Regatta Bay. Up until that point, IN OUR MINDS, all that was normal vacation.
IN OUR MINDS, On July 24, 2015 at 8:30 am we officially began The Great Loop. We left Regatta Bay after a few windy days and rocked and rolled our way to Bing Inlet, arriving at 1:30 pm Tomorrow. We'll see.
