GEORGETOWN TO MYRTLE BEACH

May 9- There was a beautiful sunrise this morning as we got ready to leave. We again have about a 50 mile trip today heading to a marina called Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach. We arrived there at 3:00 pm and at this marina you just pull up alongside the dock. It is an interesting little place with a retail complex right next to the river. It is a very warm day, about 90 degrees today so we quickly wash the boat down and get inside to cool off in the air conditioning. Bonnie and I are planning to wander through the shopping area shortly. We are dining aboard Sonata tonight and playing cards. It will be an early night as the heat is taking its toll on all of us.

An early morning start
An old Chris deserted
A three master on side of river
A narrow river
We have arrived in Myrtle Beach
A couple of biggies
This is Barefoot Marina just along the side of the river
Condos across from Barefoot Marina
This boat behind us is from Nova Scotia
